What is Earthing and how can it improve my health?

An earthing system is circuitry which connects parts of an electric circuit with the ground. In the language of natural health, earthing is coming into contact with the earth directly through your skin.

It is thought that with our modern practices of protecting ourselves from all the natural elements, we have missed great opportunities for health support.There is some evidence to suggest that walking barefoot in direct contact with the earth has a “grounding” effect on our bodies, and that we can reduce our load of free radicals with this contact. We may build up an excessive amount of positive electrons in our bodies with our use of electromagnetic waves, mobile phone use, etc. Contact between our skin and the earth may remove those excessive positive electrons.
